Jamal alkhayer is a bahraini researcher and scholar he currently owns J&J consultancy center and J&J funds he has graduated with bachelor degree in university of bahrain then continued to obtain his master’s and doctorate in aix-marseille university in addition he got his professional certificate in public management from ENA business school in France , he is currently focusing on how to deal with health pandemics in the public sector and to enable more governments to handle health pandemics more effectively and effectively
