Married with three kids and based in London, Sohail is a passionate, purpose-driven individual who balances family life with a commitment to meaningful work. In his free time, he enjoys swimming, gardening, and travelling—simple joys that keep him grounded.

Originally from Bangladesh, Sohail completed his MBA at Liverpool John Moores University in the UK, but his heart has always stayed close to his roots. With a deep understanding of both Western business culture and the potential of Bangladeshi industries, Sohail began his journey in the garments sector through buying houses, where he gained firsthand experience in product development, sourcing, and quality assurance.

Over the years, he has developed a strong network across both Bangladesh and Europe, and now works with BDExportWear.com, a platform dedicated to bridging Bangladeshi garments factories with European buyers. His mission is clear: to connect ethical, high-quality manufacturers from Bangladesh with fashion brands and retailers in Europe—ensuring transparency, fair pricing, and sustainable business practices across the supply chain.

Sohail believes that the future of global trade lies in trust, long-term relationships, and shared growth. By creating opportunities for local manufacturers to shine on the world stage, he hopes to contribute to a stronger, more respected image of Bangladesh in the international garments industry.
