Daniel Kirui Kiba, born in December 22nd 1964 in Burnt Forest, Uasin Gishu County, Kenya. He attended Arnesens Primary & Secondary and Kipkabus Secondary School. He did his Advanced Level at Afraha High School at Nakuru. He got his first degree in Sociology and Geography from Kenyatta University and Master Degree from Moi University. He is presently, pursuing PhD at Moi University, Kenya. Daniel Kirui Kiba was formerly probation officer and currently Children Officer in Kericho County.
