Tobias Opifanti

Tobias Opifanti graduated from ESB Business School (Reutlingen University), which ranks among the top business schools in Germany and belongs to the world's top five percent business schools according to AACSB. During his International Business studies, Tobias majored in Human Resource Management to gain extensive knowledge in the handling of employement issues within international organizations. Furthermore, he gained practical experience through a number of internships such as an internship at Daimler AG (Mercedes-Benz) in the European HR department. His knowledge and experience in HR combined with his interest in digitization inspired him to write his bachelor thesis about job applicants' attitudes towards AI (Artificial Intelligence) powered recruitment, which represents a future trend in HR.

Tobias has been studying Marketing & Digital Transformation at Vlerick Business School in Ghent (Belgium) since September 2021, which is part of the top 15 universities worldwide according to the QS World University for masters in Marketing.
