PhD Candidate Clovis Mbeudeu

Clovis is a certified and resourceful teacher of English as Second Language and English for Specific Purposes. Clovis English proficiency has been built over the years with his educational background in English linguistics and language teaching pedagogy. He holds a bachelor’s degree in English linguistics from the University of Dschang; a Second Level Postgraduate Teacher’s Diploma in English and literature in English from the Higher Teacher Training College Yaounde and a Master’s degree in English teaching pedagogy from the Faculty of Education – University of Yaounde 1. He also holds a master’s degree in International and Comparative Education from Zhejiang Normal University – People’s Republic of China. Clovis experience as a teacher of different components of Business English, Medical English and IELTS and TOEFL preparation courses has enabled him to master the intricacies of general English and English for Specific Purposes from the design of curricula to the organization of classroom instruction either on-site or online.
