REYNALDO MORAL

Reynaldo V. Moral is currently a Master Teacher 1 of Don Sergio Osmena Sr. Memorial National High School. He also worked as part time instructor of Cebu Normal University. He earned his bachelor's degree in secondary education (BSEd) major in Social Science; Master of Arts in Education (MAEd) major in Social Studies; and Doctor of Philosophy in Education (PhD) major in Research and Evaluation in the same university.
