Fabian Schreiner is a Dubai-based real estate professional specializing in residential investments, transaction execution, and market analysis within one of the world’s fastest-growing property markets.
After completing his degree in Real Estate Economics at Hochschule Fresenius in Munich, he relocated to Dubai to gain hands-on experience in a highly dynamic and international environment. He currently serves as Head of Sales and Real Estate Broker, where he is responsible for leading client acquisition, advising international and UHNW investors, and managing end-to-end transaction processes.
His work combines practical deal execution with analytical thinking, with a particular focus on investment strategy, market dynamics, and the long-term impact of sustainability and technology in real estate.
