Biographie
Julius Kipkosgei Ng'arng'ar, born in October, 18th 1973 in Kobujoi, Nandi County, Kenya. He attended Kamimei and Kapsagawat Primary school between 1980 to 1987 and Secondary education at Kapsabet Boys high school between 1988 to 1992. He got his first degree LLB in law from University of Nairobi, MBA from Moi University and LLM law from University of Nairobi. Julius Kipkosgei Ng'arng'ar was admitted as an advocate of high court in the year 2000. He joined Judiciary service commission as a District Magistrate (II) also, he worked as a Resident Magistrate in Mwingi Law Court, Bungoma law court as a principal magistrate, Hamisi Law Courts as a Senior Principal Magistrate, Chief Magistrate at Kisumu Law court. Currently, Julius Kipkosgei Ng'arng'ar is serving as a chief magistrate in Kitale law court Kenya.

My dream career from childhood has been to be a judicial officer. My dream was realized when I graduated as a lawyer in 1998 from the University of Nairobi with LLB second class upper division and LLM in 2020
