MUHIRE is currently a Legal Officer at Guaranty Trust Bank (Rwanda) Plc | has been a Legal Intern at CERTA Law | Legal Aid Volunteer at the Centre for Legal Aid and Mediation (UR-CLAM) at the University of Rwanda-School of Law | A Director of Legal Research, Analysis, and Commentaries at the University of Rwanda Law Student Association (UR-LSA) | Senior Editor at the University of Rwanda- Law Review (URLR).
He has participated in East African Inaugural Arbitration Pre-moot In Nairobi-Kenya by Africa In the Moot| Participated in the 29th Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot in Vienna-Austria | Participated in the Vis East Moot a sister moot to the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot that takes place in Hong Kong.
He is a good Writer and Legal researcher, He helped several academicians in their research dissertations and articles, as far as Data arrangement, analysis, and editing are concerned.
