Hakim Abdallah is a respected development policy and planning practitioner, a certified project management professional (PMP), and a distinguished academic renowned for his extensive experience in formulating and executing sustainable development policies that are responsive to local and regional needs. He holds a PhD in Endogenous Development, an MSc in Development Policy and Planning, a BSc in Development Planning, and a Teacher’s Post-Secondary Certificate "A".
