Biography
Dr. Martin Holzer has a 26 years background in policing, from being a bobby on the beat in Germany to working in international policing such as the EU-Agency Frontex. With his research he critically considered how police culture (action and risk-oriented) relates to emerging safety culture in operational policing (seeking to manage or eliminate risks). Martin now works for the German Embassy in Quito, Ecuador.
