Dr. C. M. Selvamuthu

Dr. C.M. Selvamuthu, Assistant Professor of Law at Saveetha School of Law, Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS), Saveetha (Deemed to be) University, Chennai, State of Tamil Nadu. Dr.C.M. Selvamuthu is a highly qualified legal professional and academic foundation in law and a multidisciplinary approach to education. He holds a B.A., B.L. degree from Dr. Ambedkar Government Law College, Chennai, and an LL.M. in Business Law from The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai. He completed his Ph.D. in Law at Saveetha School of Law, Saveetha Institute of Medical and Technical Sciences (SIMATS), Chennai. He has also completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Laws (PGDIPL) from The Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Chennai. Additionally, he is pursuing an M.A. in Public Administration from the University of Madras. With over 9 years of experience as a practicing advocate at the Madras High Court and alongside eight years of teaching experience, Dr. C.M Selvamuthu has handled a wide range of core and specialized legal subjects, including Constitutional Law, Civil Procedure, Company Law, Property Law, Family Law, Criminal Law, and Intellectual Property Law.
