Dr. Bendalam Lavaraju

Dr. Bendalam Lavaraju is an accomplished academician, researcher, and legal educator with over sixteen years of teaching and research experience. He holds a Ph.D. in Criminal Law (2018) from Damodaram Sanjeevayya National Law University, Visakhapatnam, and is currently pursuing his LL.D. from the same institution. His academic qualifications also include an LL.M. from Andhra University and a postgraduate degree in Commerce.
An expert in Constitutional and Criminal Law, his research interests span women and child rights, juvenile justice, and health law. He has published 16 research papers in reputed Scopus and Web of Science journals and presented over 50 papers at national and international conferences.
Dr. Lavaraju has guided numerous LL.M. and Ph.D. scholars and serves as an external supervisor at several universities. A member of the Board of Studies at Dhanalakshmi Srinivasan University, Trichy, he has organized multiple conferences and FDPs. His prior experience as an advocate enriches his teaching of subjects like IPC, CrPC, Evidence, and Constitutional Law.
