Ben Olarewaju Fajemilua is a Nigerian management and information systems researcher whose academic interests centre on digital transformation, information and communication technology (ICT), and hospitality management. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a Master’s in Information Management (MIM) from Ahmadu Bello University.

His research focuses on the adoption and impact of digital technologies on organisational performance, administrative efficiency, and customer experience within emerging economies, particularly in the hospitality industry. His scholarly work explores areas including computerised management systems, ICT adoption, technology-driven organisational performance, digital innovation, and service transformation.

He has published research examining the role of information technology in improving operational effectiveness and competitiveness in Nigerian hospitality organisations, including studies on the effectiveness of computerised hotel management systems in personnel and customer administration.

Beyond academia, he possesses professional experience in information technology systems support, digital solutions implementation, and organisational technology integration. His broader interests include artificial intelligence applications in business, enterprise systems, and technology-enabled transformation across developing economies.
