Raphaela Neudecker (geborene Schmidt) ist seit dem Abschluss ihres Psychologie-Studiums 2007 mit dem Schwerpunkt Arbeits-, Betriebs-, Organisationspsychologie im internationalen HR-Sektor tätig. Sie arbeitete mehrere Jahre selbst als Beraterin im Talent Development der Unternehmensberatung Accenture und ist nun in der internen Personalentwicklung sowie dem HR Controlling bei Roland Berger Strategy Consultants beschäftigt.
