From the encounter and synergy of three modern sciences, i.e., quantum science and neuroscience, supported by consciousness research across cultures, a new cultural paradigm emerges. Intercultural Fusion Science can provide the cognitive capabilites, that raise cultural intelligence to the level, where it can literally manage all forms, shapes and types of cultural diversity across civilisations. As such it is an innovative, universal instrument and a world première, a blueprint of a sustainable culture paradigm shift.
From a research standpoint, this study eclipses as much as possible conventional, more quantitative, yet pioneering intercultural research, in line with the then prevailing digital research paradigm, by culture&management scholars such as Prof. Geert Hofstede, Prof. Charles Hampden-Turner from Cambridge University and Fons Trompenaars (vide bibliographic references at the end, entries Hofstede G. and Hampden-Turner Ch. and Trompenaars F. more particularly).
My own research approach, on the other hand, which this particular publication deals with more specifically, begins where the explicit work of those aforementioned, highly esteemed culture scholars’ work seems to end. In order to enhance their most appreciated work, however largely limited to the more quantitative paradigm potentialities, I use quantum physics and neuroscience principles and metaphors, that contextualize culture in a wider cognitive horizon, in particular Werner Heisenberg’s Uncertainty Principle and Niels Bohr’s Wave-Particle Duality, along with the Twofold Structural–Functional Integration Principle of neurophysiology (vide Prof. Ch. Hampden–Turner and the late Dr. Brosse Thérèse, Paris … bibliographic entries), as well as cross-civilisation studies of consciousness across the ages. What seems to emerge from this interdisciplinary approach is a blueprint of an enhanced (inter-)cultural epistemology, that may well have the potential to set man free from perennial culture conflict and strife and to usher in a superordinate universal civilisation of freedom and global cultural peace in line with a higher level and rationale of human evolution and creation itelf. In sum, as the quantum paradigm has permitted the conquest of outer (material) space, so its metaphorical application, obviously, may permit the victory of inner (psychological) space with its diverse cultural conditioning and programming.

- PROLOG: A NEW SCIENCE‐BASED EPISTEMOLOGY
- PREFACE
- 1 INNER CULTURE INTER CULTURE OUTER CULTURE
- The integration of the two cultural spaces, the inner and the outer, creates a continuous space, in which the two interact in the sense that if I perceive waves and unity and the dynamics of the totality, the individual cultural atom of the specific culture is eclipsed and moves to the background of perception.
- The disconnection of the referred to inner ‐ outer culture continuum can only see the divisive, diversity and at best the synergistic potential between the inner and the outer cultural environment at the expense of the unified field, in which there are no cultural problems to be solved nor reconciled, because they do not exist in this optic; there is only oneness.

Zielsetzung und Themenschwerpunkte (Objectives and Key Themes)
This treatise, based on the metaphorical application of quantum physics, aims to present a new science-based epistemology of culture that can effectively address the challenges of a globalizing world. It proposes a shift from traditional, more deterministic approaches to a more dynamic, holistic, and integrated understanding of culture and its management.

Zusammenfassung der Kapitel (Chapter Summaries)
- PROLOG: A NEW SCIENCE‐BASED EPISTEMOLOGY: Introduces the concept of "quantum consciousness" as a metaphor to address the challenges of a globalizing world, including migration and climate change.
- PREFACE: Explains the metaphorical application of the quantum paradigm to human consciousness and its potential for individual and global healing.
- 1 INNER CULTURE INTER CULTURE OUTER CULTURE: Explores the interconnectedness of inner, inter, and outer culture through the lens of quantum optics, introducing the concepts of complementarity and uncertainty.
- 2 THIRD MILLENNIUM QUANTUM CIVILISATION: Argues for a paradigm shift towards a "quantum civilization" based on a new awareness of human consciousness processes and their impact on reality.
- 3 THE QUANTUM MIND: Examines the nature of the mind as a quantum phenomenon, highlighting the duality of mental functions and the need for integration to overcome dilemmas.
- 4 KINDLING THE QUANTIC FLAME OF LOVE, HUMAN SURVIVAL, PEACE AND WELFARE: Presents love as a powerful force, using quantum physics metaphors to understand its nature and potential for civilization change management.
- 5 QUANTUM COSMIC COMMUNICATION: Discusses the interconnectedness of the universe through the metaphor of a quantum field, exploring consciousness as a universal language and exploring the implications for human-cosmic interaction.
- 6 THIRD MILLENNIUM QUANTUM INTELLIGENCE: Defines cultural intelligence as a key variable for the future and introduces the concept of "supreme cultural intelligence," arguing that it can lead to cultural enlightenment and healing.
- 7 THIRD MILLENNIUM QUANTUM MANAGEMENT AND LEADERSHIP: QUANTUM CULTURAL INTELLIGENCE AND GLOBAL MANAGERIAL PROBLEM RESOLUTION: Emphasizes the importance of quantum cultural intelligence for effective management, focusing on the concept of complementary realities and how this understanding can lead to sustainable management solutions.
