In this paper, an innovative product called Pocket-Printer is presented. A handheld portable printer for those who frequently need a printer, such as teachers, professors, students or pupils. It should be small and portable so that everyone can take it with them and use it anywhere. We will also talk about the development of the printer, the launch and the organization and how these points can be achieved most effectively. The planning and preparations are worked out and the development of the product is elaborated. Finally, the possible blockages that could prevent the product from being released are identified in order to counteract them and to work out and correct possible errors in advance.

The idea of creating a new product that can sell profitable and fast is called pocket printer. A small hand-sized printer that will be an enrichment for many. For teachers, professors, students and companies. Anyone can use the printer as it will be handy and affordable. Due to the frequent problems in schools, that teachers usually have to print out the learning material for the pupils first and so much learning time is lost in schools, small printers, which in the future can be found in every classroom if possible, are placed at every table and so a large target group is reached, schools worldwide, furthermore problems are solved and time is saved for students and also teachers.

Also, many adults often have important documents to take with them, for example for job interviews, so the pocket printer can help again. With a printer that fits in every pocket, every quickly missing or forgotten document can be printed again. So soon the PocketPrinter can be carried along like the Smartphone by many people as an everyday object.
