Spotify’s approach blends user-centered design with agile development, enabling rapid iteration, cross-functional collaboration and high-quality features like Discover Weekly. The study shows that this unified methodology resolves common challenges, such as stakeholder alignment and balancing user needs with business goals. It offers a practical blueprint for organizations seeking competitive advantage in digital markets.
