Risiken auf die Zufriedenheit der Kunden des outsourcenden Unternehmens gelegt sowie die mögliche Abhängigkeit von einem Einzellieferanten. Die Ableitung der Verhandlungstaktik erfolgt wertorientiert und definiert entsprechende Werthebel.
