Im Bereich der „Mittleren Führungsebene“ ist der Begriff Strategie noch immer etwas Unbekanntes und führt zu Abwehrhaltungen, sobald das Wort Strategie auch nur ausgesprochen wird. Um diese Kunst, zur rechten Zeit die richtigen Dinge zu tun bzw. die richtigen Fragen zum richtigen Zeitpunkt zu stellen näher an die „Mittlere Führungsebene“ heranzubringen, stelle ich mich der Forschungsfrage, ob drei mögliche Erfolgsfaktoren zur Strategiearbeit auf mittlerer Führungsebene tauglich sind.
To the middle management, the term ‘strategy’ is still unknown, and as soon as the word ‘strategy’ is used the leaders of the middle management adopt a defensive stance. In order to bring this term closer to the middle management and make them accept to learn the art of doing the right things in the right place and at the right time, I am dealing in my work with the research question: Can three factors of success be geared for implementing strategy at middle management level?
