This article talks about the documentation required by CQI-12, the main documents that must be in a new plant are: AMEF, control plan, flow chart and procedures for plant management. This standard also evaluates the physical aspects of the plant, such as: signaling, identification of valves, processes, etc. The purpose of this document is to show people who do not know this type of rules, the activities that are performed to meet customer requirements through parameters that have already been reviewed and checked by paint experts who share this information to ensure the Quality of the part coating.
