Biography

Andre Norton has served in law enforcement for more than thirty years. His academic background in criminology and computer science has provided him with a comprehensive foundation to address various subjects within both fields. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Law and Politics, a Master of Science (MSc) degreein Information Systems Management, a Master of Studies (MSt) degreein Applied Criminology and Police Management, and a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degreein Computing. He has delivered presentations at multiple international conferences and has published numerous peer-reviewed scientific articles. He advocates for the integration of criminology and computer science as a contemporary method for addressing crime issues, as he firmly believes that modern technology enables criminals to perpetrate traditional offencesin innovative ways.
