1977: Diplom in Civil Engineering, University of Stuttgart / Germany
1979: Member of the Technical Chamber of Greece
1987: PhD, Democritus University of Thrace, Dep. for Civil Engineering, in Fracture Mechanics.
1980-1995: Sc. Researcher at the Democritus University of Thrace / Greece, Laboratory for Mechanics.
1995-2015: Civil servant at the Ministry of Culture / Greece; 2008-2011: Head of the Dep. for Restoration of Newer Monuments (Ephorate for N.M. in Macedonia and Thrace /Greece); 2011-2014: Dir. of the Service for Technical Projects in Central Macedonia /Greece; 2014-2015: Dir. of the Sercvice for Newer Monuments and Technical Projects in Eastern Macedonia and Thrace /Greece; 2015-today: Em. Society: Author / co-author of about 15 publications on gender issues / sexual orientation / social exclusion, co-editor of 4 books on gender issues and on cinema, arthrography on the above issues. Director of the annual, competitive “Thessaloniki International LGBTQ Film Festival”, since 1999 (Screenings, Art Exhibitions, Lectures). Member of the National Control Council in Central Macedonia / Hellenic Broadcasting and Television. Head of the non-profit society “Sympraxi – Partnership for gender issues”.
