Konstantina Tzima is a Greek - Mauritian (Mauritius Island) Human Rights Protection Analyst, Human Rights Researcher & HRCI Certified Talent Acquisition Specialist, passionate about Human Rights, International Law & HR operations. She graduated from Panteion University of Social and Political Sciences (2023) from the International, European Studies Department and is currently an LLM student in International Law & Diplomacy at the same university. As a Greek citizen of dual ethnicity (Greek and Mauritian from Mauritius Island), she brings a unique multicultural perspective. Fluent in six languages and culturally adaptive, this allows her to navigate complex, international and inclusive environments. Apart from being certified in Talent Acquisition (HRCI), Project Management, and Data Analytics through Coursera, Google & LinkedIn Learning, she is also skilled in HRIS systems, Excel, structured interviews, and digital tools used in modern HR & administrative workflows. As an author with published academic work on international law and human rights protection, she brings critical thinking, writing, and analytical depth to any team, while aiming to bridge HR operations with human rights values such as inclusion, equity, and cross-cultural understanding — whether in NGOs or corporate environments in roles like HR administration and Project Management.
