Konstantina Tzima is a Human Rights Protection Analyst and HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist with expertise in recruitment, HR operations, DEI, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement. With a multicultural background as a citizen with dual ethnicity (Greece and Mauritius island) she brings a global and people-centered perspective to international and corporate environments.
She holds a BA in International & European Studies from Panteion University and is currently pursuing studies in Social Policy and an LLM in International Law & Diplomacy.
