Céline Rodrigues, PhD student in International Relations, master in International Relations and Diplomacy, with experience in Portuguese Army as well as international markets in different companies. She is interested in the Arctic region and Atlantic Ocean regarding maritime and human securities topics. Thesis master: Human security of Inuit and Sámi in Canada and Finland: comparing Arctic policies.
