Maliro Ngoma is a distinguished academic and development practitioner whose multidisciplinary expertise spans education, computer science, and development studies. His academic journey began with a Bachelor of Education from the Zambian Open University, grounding him in pedagogy, curriculum development, and educational leadership. Motivated by a passion for technological advancement, he earned a Specialist Degree in Computer Science (equivalent to a Master of Science in Computer Science) from the prestigious Lomonosov Moscow State University in Russia, gaining advanced competencies in software engineering, systems, computational analysis, and applied digital solutions.
To deepen his engagement in policy and inclusive development, Maliro completed a Master of Arts in Development Studies from the University of Lusaka, focusing on the intersection of technology, education, and socioeconomic transformation. He later achieved a PhD in Education Management and Administration from the Zambian Open University, where his research explored strategic institutional leadership, governance, policy implementation, and the digital modernization systems.
